At Anthrofy Rugs, we’re proud to offer custom-sized and custom-designed rugs to help you create the perfect fit for your space — handcrafted by skilled artisans, just for you.

🧵 What Can Be Customized?

We currently offer customization on:

  • Sizes – Any non-standard size based on your space
  • Colors – Choose from available color palettes (depending on design)
  • Design Adjustments – Minor changes like border removal, pattern resizing, or simplified motifs

Full design-from-scratch is available in select cases only. Email us to discuss your idea.

📩 How to Request a Custom Rug

To place a custom order:

  1. Email us at contactus@anthrofyrugs.com
  2. Include:
    • Desired rug name (if based on an existing design)
    • Size, color, or design changes
    • Any reference images or inspiration
  3. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with options, pricing, and a production timeline.

⏳ Production Timeline

  • Custom rugs typically take 15-45 days for production depending on size, complexity, and technique.
  • We'll give you a specific ETA before you confirm your order

💰 Pricing & Payment

  • Custom rugs are quoted individually
  • Once confirmed and paid, custom orders are considered final (see below)

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each rug is made specifically for you.
  • Changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • In rare cases of production defects or damage during shipping, we will assess and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

📦 Shipping

  • Custom orders ship from India via DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, with full tracking
  • Shipping is free within the U.S.
