β Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
π How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contactus@anthrofyrugs.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or video of the item (especially for damaged or incorrect products)
We will review your request and respond within 1β2 business days with further instructions.
π¦ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The rug must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of damage or issue must be provided if claiming a defective item.
π Return Shipping
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, color mismatch, etc.), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. You must ship the product back to our U.S. return address provided below.
Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Note: Orders are fulfilled from India. Eligible returns are processed at our U.S. returns processing facility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you of the refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 5β8 business days to your original payment method.
- Return shipping charges areΒ non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
β Damages and Issues
Please report issues within 3 days so we can assist promptly. Claims reported later may be harder to validate with courier partners, but we will review each case based on available information. if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You receive the wrong item

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Description of the damage or defect
Failure to report within 3 days may result in the claim being denied.

We do not accept returns on:
- Used or washed rugs
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom made rugs
