If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at contactus@anthrofyrugs.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Q: Are you a drop shipper?
No, all our orders are hand-made at our factory by our artisans. Because we have extensive catalog, all the orders are made after order confirmation and then shipped.

Q: Where do you ship and from where?
We currently ship across the United States only. All our orders are made and shipped from India.

Q: How long does shipping & delivery take?
Regular Orders - 10–20 days for production + 5-7 days for delivery.
Custom Orders - 15–45 days for production + 5-7 days for delivery.

Q: Will I get tracking info?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your rug ships.

Q: Are your rugs handmade?
Yes, all our rugs are handcrafted by Indian artisans using high-quality wool and ethical practices.

Q: How should I clean my rug?

• Vacuum regularly without a beater bar
• Blot spills gently
• For deep cleaning, consult a professional rug cleaner

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

• Damaged or incorrect items: Free return label provided
• All other reasons: Customer handles return shipping

We offer a wide range of standard sizes to fit every space:
