All rugs and home décor items sold on anthrofyrugs.com are made-to-order and handcrafted in India. Each product is manufactured specifically upon receipt of a confirmed order. As a result:

  • Products are not pre-stocked or held in inventory.
  • Production begins only after order confirmation and payment clearance.
  • Customization requests (size, color, design) are accommodated subject to prior written agreement.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in texture, color tone, and pile height are inherent and not considered defects.

6. Delivery Timelines

Given the made-to-order nature of our products, the following timelines apply:

  • Production time: Approximately 10–20 business days from order confirmation.
  • International shipping (to the US): Approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 15–28 business days from order date for standard orders; 20–52 business days for custom or large-format orders.

These are estimates and may vary due to production complexity, carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Anthrofy is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

As all products are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement, before production commences.

Returns are accepted for US customers under the following conditions:

  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong size, wrong design).
  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect that is not attributable to natural handcraft variation.
