🔎 How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • The carrier name (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS)

  • A tracking link you can click to follow your package’s journey

If you can’t find the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or search for:

🛫 Where is My Order Coming From?

  • Most rugs are shipped from India directly via DHL or FedEx

  • Some in-stock items may ship from our U.S. warehouses.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

  • In-stock rugs: 5–10 business days after shipping

  • Hand-knotted or made-to-order rugs: 30–45 days to produce + 5–10 days shipping
    You’ll receive tracking once the rug is ready to ship.


📹 Important: Record Your Unboxing

To ensure a smooth claims process in case of damage or delivery issues:

  • Please record a full unboxing video when opening your package

  • This must start before cutting open the box or wrap

Without video proof, we may not be able to process courier-related claims.
