Use the instructions below to track your order in real time.


🔎 How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier name (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS)
  • A tracking link you can click to follow your package’s journey

If you can’t find the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or search for:

🛫 Where is My Order Coming From?

  • All rugs are shipped from India directly via DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Regular order rugs: 10-20 days for production + 5-7 days for delivery
  • Custom order rugs: 15–45 days for production + 5-7 days for delivery.

    You’ll receive tracking once the rug is ready to ship.

📹 Important: Record Your Unboxing

To ensure a smooth claims process in case of damage or delivery issues:

  • Please try to record a full unboxing video when opening your package
  • This must start before cutting open the box or wrap

Without video/photo proof, we may not be able to process courier-related claims.
