At Anthrofy Rugs, we take great care to deliver premium handcrafted rugs from India to your home with speed, safety, and transparency.

📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes — a physical street address is required for delivery.

🚚 Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Regular Order rugs: 10–20 days for production
  • Custom made rugs: 15–45 days for production
  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays)

🏭 Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled directly from India, where our artisans craft each rug. 

💵 Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

🚚 Delivery & Carriers

We ship via trusted international and domestic carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and customs clearance.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Time

  • All Orders: 5-7 business days for delivery after production is complete.

Total Delivery Time:

  • Regular Orders: 15-28 days
  • Custom Orders: 20-53 days

📦 Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can monitor your delivery in real time.

⚠️ Important: Unboxing Video/Photos Strongly Recommended

To ensure we can support you in case of damage or loss:

  • Please record an unboxing video/photos when opening your rug package.
  • The video/photos must begin before opening the outer package and show the full unpacking process.
  • This is required for submitting claims to our shipping partners in the event of any damage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries.

With a video/photos, our case becomes stronger with courier claim.

🚫 Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Anthrofy is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to sender due to non-availability

If a package is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
